What is included in the annual memberships?+
Every tier includes an annual comprehensive examination, an airway health screening, a CBCT 3-D cone beam with diagnostic analysis, biannual check-ups, four seasonal cleanings, radiographs as needed, oral cancer screening and comprehensive oral genomic testing. Foundation and Premium add Revitin®, further FLOWpresso® sessions and larger treatment discounts.
Do the memberships cover emergency care?+
Premium membership includes a 24-hour emergency answering service and priority scheduling. Emergency treatment itself is charged at the member discount rate rather than included.
Can I upgrade my membership later?+
Yes. Members can move up a tier at any point in the year; the difference is prorated against what remains of the term.
Do I have to travel to New York to start?+
No. Most patients begin with a virtual consultation — you send a 3D cone beam scan and your history, and Dr. Curatola reviews them himself. Many questions are settled before anyone books a flight.
I am frightened of the dentist. What are my options?+
Local anaesthesia, oral sedation, nitrous oxide, IV sedation and general anaesthesia are all available, and sleep dentistry lets treatment be completed in fewer, longer visits. Tell us what specifically worries you when you book and the appointment is planned around it.
Do you offer care for children?+
Yes — pediatric dentistry with non-toxic materials, and Children’s and Teen’s membership tiers. Airway and jaw development are assessed from the start rather than after the fact.
Which practice should I visit?+
Both offer the full range of care. Manhattan sits on Fifth Avenue; East Hampton is at 56 The Circle. Members are scheduled across both.
